Kindergarten 101
Course Description:
In this class, incoming kindergarten students and their parents will attend together to get a crash course in all things kindergarten! Using educational modeling techniques, parents and students will gain confidence before starting this milestone year. Presented by former kindergarten teacher, Amy Peura.

Middle School Math
Course Description:
In this class, incoming 7th & 8th graders will solve proportions, compare percents/ fractions/ decimals, solve equations using variables, simplify expressions, and graph linear equations. This class is ideal for students who want a preview of math to come, or students who need to review before the fall.

Classes meet Mondays & Wednesdays from 2-3 pm.
Meeting dates are July 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26.

In this class, students aged 9+ will explore various writing techniques, including using art and mentor texts to create poetry, narratives, and commercials. This class is ideal for budding authors as well as reluctant writers.

Classes meet Tuesdays & Thursdays from 2-3 pm.
Meeting dates are July 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27.
